Aptiv, Lisbon are hiring a Sales Operations Analyst to play a key role in strengthening our sales performance and supporting data‑driven decision‑making across the organisation. In this role, you’ll transform complex data into clear insights, build dashboards and reporting tools that empower our sales teams, and help shape accurate forecasting and operational planning. You’ll be a central partner to sales leadership—streamlining processes, improving CRM usage, and ensuring the integrity of the data that fuels our strategies. Job Responsibility:

  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement
  • Develop and maintain dashboards, reports, and presentations to communicate key insights to stakeholders
  • Collaborate with sales teams to forecast sales targets, track progress, and adjust forecasts based on market conditions and business goals
  • Assist in developing sales forecasts, budgets, and operational plans to support sales strategies
  • Identify inefficiencies in sales processes and recommend solutions to streamline operations, improve productivity, and enhance customer satisfaction
  • Implement best practices and standardized procedures to ensure consistency and scalability in sales operations
  • Maintain and update CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems with accurate and current sales data
  • Ensure data integrity, cleanliness, and compliance with data privacy regulations
  • Provide support to sales teams on CRM usage, data analysis tools, and reporting systems
  • Assist in training sales personnel on new processes, tools, and systems to enhance their effectiveness

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Analytics, Finance, or a related field
  • 2–4 years’ experience in Sales Operations, Business Analytics, or a similar data‑driven role
  • Strong analytical skills with proven experience using Excel and data‑visualisation tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
  • Proficiency in SQL with the ability to query, clean, and manipulate large datasets (preference given to candidates with advanced SQL skills)
  • Hands‑on experience working with CRM systems, with a strong focus on data integrity and process optimisation
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills, with the ability to translate data insights into actionable recommendations
