As a Solutions Consultant we are looking for someone who is highly technical and experienced in supporting our sales team during complex engagements with our largest customers. In this role you will act as the trusted technical advisor to both our sales team and to our customers.
Job Responsibility:
Act as a trusted technical advisor to both our sales team and to our customers
Support sales in discovery discussions with customers to understand their goals and requirements
Demonstrate FrankieOne’s products to address customer needs
Define solutions to meet requirements and work closely with product teams if product gaps are identified
Support deep technical discussions around our API’s and SDK’s and provide advice around how our solutions can best be implemented
Work closely with the implementation, customer success and technical support teams to ensure customers are set up for success
Have direct and significant input into shaping “the FrankieOne way” of doing things
Identify ways to improve our processes and documentation and provide suggestions for product improvement
Requirements:
5+ years of experience in pre-sales engineering, solutions consulting, or technical sales roles within SaaS platforms serving Financial Services, RegTech, or other regulated industries
Strong stakeholder management and proven track record of building trusted relationships with senior technical and business stakeholders
Technical capability with strong experience designing solutions in complex technology ecosystems
Proficiency with RESTful APIs, Swagger / Open API’s, authentication protocols (OAuth, SSO), data formats (JSON), and tools such as Postman
Familiarity with JavaScript and front-end frameworks (e.g., React, Angular) is advantageous

Holds a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a similar field
Nice to have:
Familiarity with sales systems (CRM’s - HubSpot / Salesforce) and common sales methodologies (i.e MEDDPICC etc)
Experience in the regulatory and compliance environment: Deep understanding of global and regional Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorist Financing (CTF) laws, and related compliance solutions
Experience in data analysis
Background in software engineering as a developer (Javascript (vue.js) etc)
Experience working with Proposals, Tenders / RFPs / RFIs
