Our client, a trusted name in the clothing and fashion industry, is on the lookout for a dynamic Administrator to keep things running smoothly behind the scenes. You'll play a key role in supporting sales and shipping operations. Job Responsibility:

  • Engage with clients and suppliers worldwide, fostering strong relationships
  • Receive and process orders
  • Advise customers on lead times and ready dates for their orders
  • Create delivery schedules and order confirmations to keep customers informed
  • Identify orders ready for shipment and coordinate with customers and factories to finalise delivery methods
  • Communicating with courier companies, freight forwarders and the warehouse
  • Compile and issue necessary paperwork
  • Assist trade-only visitors purchasing goods in person
  • Handle filing and general office tasks to keep everything running smoothly
