As their Sales & Service Coordinator, you'll be at the centre of the operation, helping keep jobs moving, customers informed, and technicians productive.

Job Responsibility

  • Scheduling and coordinating service and maintenance work
  • Managing workflow and job progress from booking through to completion
  • Acting as a key point of contact for customers and field technicians
  • Supporting quotations, administration and job reporting
  • Helping identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency
  • Working alongside the team as they introduce new systems, technology and AI-driven tools

Requirements

  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills
  • The ability to think on your feet and solve problems
  • Confidence working with technology and learning new systems
  • Experience with Simpro (highly regarded)
  • Experience within trades, maintenance, construction or service-based industries
  • Excellent communication skills and a customer-first approach
  • A positive attitude and willingness to pitch in wherever needed
