Reporting to the Head of Sales and Relationship Management, Private Credit Europe, the Sales Senior Manager is responsible for executing the go-to-market strategy and sales roadmap for clients in Private Credit.

Job Responsibility:

  • Support the achievement of an ambitious Private Credit sales target underpinned by a centralized sales and growth plan to help Alter Domus achieve its commercial objectives in Europe
  • Proactively build your internal and external business networks, driving personal and business growth through a commitment to collaboration and teamwork
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business partners and business feeders and identify new business leads in the local and international markets to build a pipeline of target opportunities
  • Collaborate on new client pitches with internal product and other teams to deliver competitive advantage
  • Be responsible for the scoping, costing and initial client-onboarding activities for prospects and new clients
  • Keep watch on local and international regulatory updates that affect the industries our clients operate in
  • Actively monitor competitor activities and deliver insights on market trends to anticipate future client needs
  • Maintain sales pipeline data that is fit for accurate forecasting and reporting by regularly using standard sales tools, review cadences, and processes
  • Diligently record all key contract information, interactions, activities, and other commercially relevant details about accounts or opportunities
  • Promote and build the Alter Domus brand and culture both internally and externally, acting as an ambassador and role model to our people, clients, and customers to embed the Alter Domus Values and to promote our Employer Value Proposition

Requirements:

  • A proven track record in achieving sales and revenue targets within Private Credit (Loan Agency, CLO middle office, Trade Settlement, Loan Administration)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (active listening, storytelling, presentation skills, negotiation skills and social selling)
  • Self-Starter who can establish and organise daily sales activities working fully independently
  • Highly motivated and results driven with consistent achievement of sales targets
