Job Description

Reporting to the Head of DCM Sales and RM Europe, the Sales Senior Manager is responsible for executing the go-to-market strategy and sales roadmap for clients in DCM.

Job Responsibility

  • Support the achievement of an ambitious DCM sales target underpinned by a centralized sales and growth plan
  • Proactively build your internal and external business networks
  • Develop and maintain relationships with business partners and business feeders and identify new business leads
  • Collaborate on new client pitches with internal product and other teams
  • Be responsible for the scoping, costing and initial client-onboarding activities for prospects and new clients
  • Keep watch on local and international regulatory updates that affect the industries our clients operate in
  • Actively monitor competitor activities and deliver insights on market trends
  • Maintain sales pipeline data that is fit for accurate forecasting and reporting
  • Diligently record all key contract information, interactions, activities, and other commercially relevant details about accounts or opportunities
  • Promote and build the Alter Domus brand and culture both internally and externally

Requirements

  • A proven track record in achieving sales and revenue targets within DCM (Loan Agency, CLO middle office, Trade Settlement, Loan Administration)
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills (active listening, storytelling, presentation skills, negotiation skills and social selling)
  • Self-Starter who can establish and organise daily sales activities working fully independently
  • Highly motivated and results driven with consistent achievement of sales targets
