Job Description:

We are looking for a solution-oriented Sales / Route-to-Market (RTM) Analytics Consultant to strengthen Lingaro’s Commercial Analytics Practice. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in designing analytics solutions end-to-end — from framing the business problem and defining the analytical approach, to shaping scalable data products that can be deployed across markets. You will sit at the intersection of business, analytics, and technology, playing a critical role in solution architecture, use-case design, and industrialization of RTM analytics offerings for global consumer goods clients.

Job Responsibility:

  • Own Solution Design & Architecture: Lead the solutioning of Sales & RTM analytics use cases, including: Sales performance & productivity dashboards, Sales force effectiveness and coverage models, Distributor / wholesaler performance solutions, Outlet universe, numeric & weighted distribution analytics, Territory, route, and channel optimization use cases
  • Define end-to-end solution blueprints: data inputs, metrics, analytical logic, outputs, and business actions
  • Translate Business Problems into Scalable Analytics: Work closely with client sales, GTM, and trade marketing teams to frame business questions and success criteria
  • Convert business needs into clear analytical requirements and user stories that can be industrialized
  • Ensure solutions are actionable, repeatable, and scalable across countries or regions
  • Drive Industrialization & Reusability: Contribute to building reusable RTM accelerators, data models, KPI frameworks, and analytics templates
  • Standardize metrics, logic, and reporting structures to enable faster deployments and consistent insights
  • Partner with engineering and data science teams to ensure solutions are robust, automated, and production-ready
  • Partner with Delivery & Technology Teams: Act as the solution owner during delivery, ensuring alignment between business intent and technical implementation
  • Review analytical logic, dashboards, and outputs to guarantee business relevance and quality
  • Support testing, validation, and rollout of solutions
  • Support Pre-Sales & Client Solutioning: Play an active role in pre-sales solution design, including: Shaping solution approaches, Developing POVs and demo use cases, Estimating scope and effort
  • Support client pitches by articulating how analytics will solve concrete sales and RTM problems
  • Build RTM Analytics Capability: Contribute to internal documentation, playbooks, and best practices for RTM analytics

Requirements:

  • 5–7 years of experience in analytics consulting, CPG, or sales analytics roles
  • Strong hands-on experience designing Sales / Route-to-Market analytics solutions, such as: Sales force KPIs and productivity models, Distribution, coverage, and outlet segmentation, Channel and customer performance frameworks
  • Proven ability to move from business problem → analytics design → scalable solution
  • Strong analytical foundation with experience working on multi-source sales and distribution data
  • Comfortable defining KPI logic, data transformations, and analytical workflows
  • Experience working with analytics and BI tools (e.g. SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, or similar)
  • Familiarity with data pipelines, automation, and analytics product concepts is a strong plus
  • Strong solution storytelling skills — able to explain what the solution does, why it matters, and how it drives action
  • Ability to work with senior business stakeholders while coordinating closely with technical teams
  • Structured, pragmatic, and impact-focused mindset
