The Sales and Revenue Coordinator supports the Director of Sales, Assistant Director of Sales, Director of Revenue, & Commercial Director with reporting & administrative tasks related to Sales, Marketing & Revenue throughout the hotel. Role has dual reporting to Director of Sales and Director of Revenue.
Job Responsibility
Compiling reports for Commercial Team
Assist DORM and CD in compiling presentation decks
Group attrition reporting & database management
Complete daily sales administrative tasks
Send out site inspection forms
Group Definite turnover review
Maintain all sales files
Golden Sales & Catering Administrative duties
Ensure accuracy of information in Golden Sales & Catering
Cover essential functions of revenue management in absence of DORM
Assist with ad hoc projects
Submit daily revenue information to STR
Support on special projects
Requirements
