Job Description

The Sales and Revenue Coordinator supports the Director of Sales, Assistant Director of Sales, Director of Revenue, & Commercial Director with reporting & administrative tasks related to Sales, Marketing & Revenue throughout the hotel. Role has dual reporting to Director of Sales and Director of Revenue.

Job Responsibility

  • Compiling reports for Commercial Team
  • Assist DORM and CD in compiling presentation decks
  • Group attrition reporting & database management
  • Complete daily sales administrative tasks
  • Send out site inspection forms
  • Group Definite turnover review
  • Maintain all sales files
  • Golden Sales & Catering Administrative duties
  • Ensure accuracy of information in Golden Sales & Catering
  • Cover essential functions of revenue management in absence of DORM
  • Assist with ad hoc projects
  • Submit daily revenue information to STR
  • Support on special projects

Requirements
