A leading UK law firm with offices located throughout the country, is looking for an experienced Sales/Resales Paralegal in their London office. This role is permanent and will be performed on a hybrid working basis (3 days a week in the office after probation/training). The role sits within our client’s Real Estate & Projects team, and they work on a wide variety of property transactions with a broad range of clients from registered providers of social care and housing to private developers, acting on sites and developments both on small and large scale.
Job Responsibility
Managing a caseload of high volume property sales, including both shared ownership and outright sales
assisting with leasehold and staircasing matters
Requirements
At least 12 months' continuous experience in a similar role
strong analytical skills
excellent attention to detail
ability to manage own caseload
ability to work independently with minimal supervision
excellent academics including a good law degree
excellent IT and organisational skills
