As a member of Baxter’s sales team, you’ll be aligned to one of our global business units and be responsible for new business, developing existing accounts and ensuring patient-centric approach in all your dealings. You’ll work within an assigned geographic area or with specific accounts to achieve or exceed personal and business goals, all in pursuit of our mission to save and sustain lives. In the sales role, you’ll have the opportunity to provide input on new markets and products, manage customer concerns, and collaborate with other teams.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets in the Puglia region
Build and maintain positive relationships with surgeons, clinicians, and hospital administrators
Provide outstanding product knowledge and support to healthcare professionals
Successfully implement sales plans and ensure flawless execution of marketing initiatives
Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market presence
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer happiness and retention
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry
Provide support in the operating theatre to surgeons and clinical equipe
Requirements:
Proven experience in sales, preferably within the medical devices or healthcare industry
Solid knowledge of the surgical environment and the capability to convey technical information clearly
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
Degree in Informazione Scientifica del Farmaco or similar
The capability to travel within the Puglia region when needed
A valid driver's license
