We’re looking for a Sales Representative based in London to join our International Sales Team, reporting directly to our Senior Manager, Contract Sales, International. If you're driven, organized, and ready to represent a brand that values craftsmanship, relationships, and creativity, we’d love to meet you. In this role, you’ll be the face of Phillip Jeffries across the London design community, building and nurturing relationships with top Commercial/ Hospitality clients. You’ll contribute directly to our growth goals, deliver exceptional service, and bring our brand to life across the Central London territory.
Job Responsibility:
Be the industry expert in the key A&D accounts in London and maintain account plans for the top 20
Grow commercial/hospitality sales within the Central London territory
Cultivate and grow strong client relationships with a focus on key and emerging accounts
Drive sales by maintaining up-to-date client libraries and introducing new product launches
Deliver compelling product presentations, confidently recommending solutions tailored to each project
Collaborate with your Sales Manager, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to ensure seamless service
Keep your sales toolkit fresh and your CRM data accurate to stay ahead of trends and opportunities
Represent our brand at tradeshows, design events, and local design schools
Prospect new business using social media, industry publications, and other tools to identify fresh opportunities
Partner on custom projects, support pricing discussions, and ensure a smooth client experience from quote to install
Displace competitors’ product and make Phillip Jeffries the primary choice for the London A&D community
Requirements:
3+ years of field sales experience, ideally in interior design, luxury furnishings, or a related industry
Must live within the Greater London Territory or within 1 hour commute of Central London
Deep understanding of the hospitality, multi-unit residential and commercial markets
Proven ability to build trust and influence at all levels
A passion for sales and design
Excellent digital/online presence e.g., LinkedIn and Instagram
Self-driven, self-disciplined, and goal oriented
Possess a good understanding of industry trends in the UK and international hospitality and commercial markets
Willing to travel and attend both internal and external events in the UK and international
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong organizational habits and comfort working independently
Tech-savvy with working knowledge of CRM and ERP systems
Business development mindset—you’re energized by finding and developing new relationships
Full English language proficiency
Nice to have:
Familiarity with the London Hospitality landscape and an existing network is a plus
