We're seeking an organized, helpful and ambitious Sales Representative to manage existing customer relationships, renew maintenance and support agreements, handle sales administration and drive customer satisfaction and growth through digital interactions.
Job Responsibility:
Proactively engage with existing customers throughout the sales cycle via various channels (email, calls and online meetings)
Maintain a schedule of customer renewals and establish proactive contacts for upselling add-on products and services that benefit customers
Develop and maintain strong relationships with purchasing contacts by keeping them updated on the latest services, tech tips and other email resources
Keep support and maintenance services up to date and renewed for customers
Quote prices and handle all required sales administration for orders obtained
Follow up and promptly close customer renewals and other purchases
Contact customers without support and maintenance to bring them up to date with their licensed products
Enter client data and other sales-related information into company databases (Oracle), ensuring data accuracy and contact updates
Coordinate with the sales and support team to ensure an overall positive customer experience
Report monthly on goal achievements related to proactive customer contacts for add-on products
Contact customers via email or phone to collect past-due accounts
