We are seeking a Sales Representative who is career-minded, self-motivated, and comfortable with outbound sales activity. This role will focus on direct sales, national outreach, and pipeline development within the hospitality industry. This position involves calling and emailing hotels, developers, management companies, and other hospitality-related accounts, following up on projects, and identifying opportunities where we can submit our products for consideration. While we also sell through distribution channels, this role will sit on the direct sales side of the business and will be part of our internal sales team.
Job Responsibility
Prospect and develop new business opportunities with hotels, resorts, cruise lines, developers, management companies, and other hospitality-related accounts
Conduct outbound sales activity, including cold calling, emailing, prospecting, and consistent follow-up
Follow up on active and upcoming hospitality projects to identify potential sales opportunities
Build, manage, and grow a sales pipeline over time
Maintain regular communication with prospects, clients, and internal team members
Develop long-term relationships with customers and industry contacts
Attend trade shows and occasional client meetings as needed
Represent the company professionally and contribute to a team-oriented sales environment
Requirements
Sales experience required
Hospitality sales experience strongly preferred
Experience selling directly to hotels, resorts, cruise lines, hospitality management companies, developers, or related hospitality clients is highly preferred
Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity, including cold calling, emailing, prospecting, and follow-up
Strong communication, follow-through, and relationship-building skills
Ability to build and manage a sales pipeline over time
Reliable, accountable, self-motivated, and team-oriented

Must be able to travel for approximately 8 trade shows per year
