Labcorp is seeking a Sales Representative to join our team in Tsukiji, Chuo-ku, Tokyo site.
Job Responsibility:
Driving revenue growth by managing existing client relationships and developing new business opportunities across Japan
Leverage industry expertise within the healthcare sector combined with robust sales skills to effectively articulate the value of Labcorp’s advanced diagnostic services to medical institutions
Direct client engagement and collaboration with internal teams to achieve sales targets
Building a Strong Relationship with Japan local Clinical Testing Center
Expand the volume of test submissions among key accounts through proactive sales activities, achieving individual targets and providing support to relevant departments to ensure company-wide objectives
Breaking free from conventional sales practices, consistently devise and implement efficient, high-quality sales strategies while effectively managing both new and existing customer relationships
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree
3 years of working experiences in Sales in Medical / Life science field
English proficiency (business level)
Knowledge of genetics or clinical testing
Experience in clinical diagnostics or pharmaceutical sales
Strong commitment to the Sales budget
Team Player
Strong communication skills
