This is a fully onsite Frontline Sales Representative role in Gatlinburg, TN, where you will meet with prospective non-owner guests and present the value of Capital Vacations ownership. You’ll work in an environment equipped with proven tools for success, including: Group sales presentations led by industry veterans; Hands-on support from experienced team managers who assist with closing.
Job Responsibility:
Conduct engaging in-person presentations with prospective members
Build rapport quickly and communicate the value of ownership effectively
Guide guests through the sales process and close deals
Maintain accurate and organized CRM documentation
Work collaboratively with your team to achieve sales goals
Requirements:
Must hold or willing to obtain a TN Real Estate/Timeshare license
Ability to work during day, including weekends and holidays
Must be able to work onsite/in person at our sales location
