We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team, focusing on business-to-business (B2B) sales. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive approach, and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. The Sales Representative will work directly with the CEO to align on strategic initiatives and drive business growth.
Job Responsibility:
Prospect and qualify potential business clients through cold calling, networking, and lead generation activities
Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase the value of our offerings to business clients
Develop and maintain long-term relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals to meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas
Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer support, to align on strategies and resolve client issues
Track and report on sales performance metrics using CRM software
Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to inform sales strategies
Attend trade shows, conferences, and other events to represent the company and generate leads
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
Proven track record in B2B sales, with at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to maintain customer relationships effectively
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
Willingness to travel as needed (up to 25% of the time)
