Job Responsibility
Conduct professional and engaging sales presentations for guests
Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate products
Manage contract negotiations and successfully close sales
Accurately explain products in compliance with the PDS and legal requirements
Consistently achieve sales targets and KPIs
Provide courteous, warm, and professional service to all guests and owners
Address questions, concerns, and objections in a timely and effective manner
Conduct follow-up with customers as needed after the sales process
Contribute to maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
Work closely with Sales Administration, Marketing, and Customer Service teams
Share guest feedback and market insights with internal stakeholders
Coordinate with the sales team to resolve issues when needed
Adhere strictly to the Corporations Law, PDS requirements, and internal policies
Complete documentation accurately and responsibly
Conduct all sales activities with honesty, integrity, and full compliance
Maintain proper grooming and professional presentation
Demonstrate strong work ethics and integrity in all interactions
Maintain and update knowledge of products, processes, and industry trends
Demonstrate continuous improvement and readiness to learn
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent work experience
Previous sales experience (B2C or B2B) preferred
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Confident presentation and persuasive sales skills
Strong motivation to achieve sales goals
Strong commitment to compliance
Ability to remain calm in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and web-based systems
Flexible and willing to work weekends, public holidays, and other business-required schedules
