As a member of Baxter’s sales team, you’ll be aligned to one of our global business units and be responsible for new business, developing existing accounts and ensuring patient-centric approach in all your dealings. You’ll work within an assigned geographic area or with specific accounts to achieve or exceed personal and business goals, all in pursuit of our mission to save and sustain lives.
Job Responsibility:
Engage with HCPs and provide information about the approved indication, product efficacy and safety profiles
Serve as experts on Baxter’s anesthesia
Work with commercial leaders to develop local strategy and business plans
Comply with all regulations
Execute marketing strategies and achieve sales quota
Prioritize promoting activities via account/territory management
Identify and call on existing and prospective customers
Apply therapy and/or product knowledge to differentiate Baxter products
Monitor actual results against forecasts
Proactively seek new business opportunities
Build credibility & high trust with customer
Keep up to date and apply industry knowledge/trends
Coordinate and participate in major marketing initiatives
Provide feedback for the development of marketing policy

Requirements:
Well-developed presentation skills

Bachelor’s Degree
3-4 years of healthcare experience focused on therapeutic promotion to hospital accounts
