We’re hiring a Sales Representative to join our team in Tanzania. In this role, you’ll drive sales of power-generation solutions, grow market presence, and build strong relationships across the energy and infrastructure sectors. Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the power-generation sector, including generators, hybrid systems, and energy solutions
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, contractors, distributors, and key stakeholders
Provide technical and commercial support to customers, ensuring proposed solutions meet their operational needs
Conduct market research to understand customer requirements, competitor activity, and industry trends
Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, quotations, and reports
Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline using company systems (CRM, reporting tools)
Coordinate with internal teams — technical, logistics, and service — to ensure excellent customer satisfaction
Travel across Tanzania for client meetings, site visits, and industry events
Requirements:
Proven sales experience in power generation, heavy equipment, energy, or related technical industries
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders
Excellent networking abilities

Understanding of Tanzania's power-generation and infrastructure markets
Proficiency with computer tools (MS Office, CRM systems, reporting platforms)
Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently
Willingness to travel extensively
Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred)
Nice to have:
Previous experience with energy-solution sales or hybrid power systems
Technical background enabling stronger product support
Experience working with distributors or regional partners
