Mantell Associates is partnered with a well-established Pharmaceutical company, known for its high-quality generic and OTC product portfolio, who is seeking a motivated Sales Representative to support its growth in the Swiss market. You will play a key role in building customer relationships, driving product awareness, and expanding market share.
Job Responsibility:
Proactively manage and grow the sales of generic and OTC products across assigned territories / pharmacies, clinics, and retail chains
Develop and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals (pharmacists, doctors), retail outlets, and key accounts to ensure product availability and visibility
Execute sales strategies and promotional plans to meet or exceed targets for revenue, market penetration, and customer satisfaction
Monitor competitor product launches, pricing, and promotional activities
provide actionable market intelligence to support strategic decisions
Collaborate with Marketing, Regulatory, Product Management and Supply Chain teams to ensure promotional compliance, product readiness, and efficient order fulfilment
Maintain up-to-date product knowledge
deliver training and product information to customers as needed
Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and account reviews
ensure accurate tracking of performance metrics
Requirements:
Proven experience in pharmaceutical sales, ideally with generics and/or OTC products in Switzerland or similar European markets
