We’re looking for a driven, relationship-focused Sales Representative to grow our seed and turf solutions business within a defined territory. In this role, you’ll work directly with customers across construction, landscaping, sports turf, golf, and retail—helping them succeed with high-quality products and expert recommendations.
Job Responsibility:
Build and grow a profitable territory by developing strong relationships with contractors, golf courses, sports field managers, and retail partners
Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts through consultative selling and cross-selling strategies
Deliver tailored recommendations on seed, erosion control, hydromulching, and soil solutions based on customer needs and site conditions
Execute innovative sales strategies, pricing programs, and promotions that drive growth and market share
Represent the company at customer meetings, trade shows, and industry events to stay ahead of trends and strengthen your network
Resolve customer challenges quickly and effectively, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and long-term loyalty
Maintain accurate sales forecasts, pipeline activity, and customer records
Monitor competitor activity and market trends to identify opportunities and inform strategy
Partner with internal teams to deliver training, product support, and seamless customer experiences
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in seed, turf, agriculture, or a related industry (or equivalent experience)
Bachelor's degree in Turf Management, Marketing, Agriculture, or a related field (preferred)
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to translate technical knowledge into practical solutions
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Self-motivation and the ability to manage your territory independently
Comfort using CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales tools to drive efficiency
