As a TUI Rep, you’ll be at the heart of each guest’s journey, creating unforgettable holiday experiences across our destinations. Job Responsibility:

  • Proactively approaching, engaging and converting new customers
  • Selling excursions, activities, and experiences both inside and around the shop
  • Increasing foot traffic through promotions, collaborations, flyers and creative outreach
  • Consistently achieving and exceeding sales targets
  • Contributing fresh ideas to help the team deliver even better results
  • Handling objections with confidence, persistence, and enthusiasm
  • Representing Tantur Turizm with professionalism, energy and positivity.

Requirements:

  • Ambitious, competitive, and motivated by exceeding sales targets
  • A natural people-person who loves engaging, persuading, and closing deals
  • Confident, charismatic, and capable of selling on the spot
  • Creative and solution-focused, always finding a positive way forward
  • Resilient and energetic, thriving in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
  • Fluent in English and Turkish (additional languages such as Polish, German, Dutch, or French are a strong advantage)
  • Eligible to work in Türkiye.
