Job Responsibility:
Welcome our customers in-store, understanding their needs and introducing them to the myPOS solutions
Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to generate interest and support sales activity
Support customers throughout the sales process, from the initial conversation to activation, with guidance and follow-up along the way
Identify relevant upselling and cross-selling opportunities based on the customer’s needs and business activity
Guide prospects through myPOS's pricing structure, ensuring full transparency and understanding on fees and value delivered
Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of new and existing customers, ensuring timely follow-up and relationship continuity
Educate customers on how to get the most out of myPOS products and services
Log and manage all customer interactions accurately in CRM and internal systems
Requirements:
2-3 years of sales or customer-facing experience, ideally in a retail, in-store, telesales, or similar commercial environment
Experience working toward sales targets in a fast-paced environment
Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with different types of customers
Confidence in speaking with customers, handling questions, and supporting them in making a decision
Ability to work with CRM tools, ticketing systems, and Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
Interest in technology, fintech, payments, and/or mobile POS solutions
Ability to work independently and manage your daily tasks with a good level of autonomy
Fluent English
