TagMaster NA is seeking an experienced and accomplished Sales Representative with the ability to network, build relationships with clients, effectively perform product demonstrations, sell products and services, and negotiate contracts. TagMaster NA is a proven leader and solution provider for vehicle access control hardware and software products. Our success is fueled by our dedication to both team and customer success and innovative attitude.
Job Responsibility:
Develop and implement territory action plan through comprehensive data analysis
Identify prospective customers, make effective qualifying sales calls, build relationships, set appointments, and manage sales cycle to close new business
Contact new and existing customers to present our solutions at daily basis
Be an SME about TagMaster’s products and services
Create and present sales material via audio and video webinars
Coordinating sales efforts with marketing programs
Maintain client records accurate and updated
Meeting or exceeding sales quotas
Develop and implement sales strategies to secure business within region
Present sales updates, activity reports, and territory analysis to management
Gather marketplace information on competitive products, pricing, lead time, and merchandising techniques
Recommends changes in products, service, and policy by evaluating results and competitive developments
Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies
A commitment to excellent customer service
Travel for trade shows and business trips
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree (in business, marketing, economics, or related field)
Experience in sales
Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers clients, customers, and the public
Strong organizational skills
Dynamic problem-solving skills and the ability to deal with a variety of fluid variables in situations where only limited standards may exist
Excellent written and verbal skills
Experience with CRM system
Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook
Must be legally eligible to work in the USA
Must be able to use public transportation for business travel (common carrier)
Must be able to understand instructions given in English, both written and verbal
Must be able to lift 50lbs

Experience and knowledge of security, access control, and Identification solutions
Previous work experience with technology companies with a focus on companies in access control, security, and identification
