Sales Representative - West Romania

• Identify, target and acquire potential clients in industrial segment, mainly automotive or similar industries
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within industrial organizations
• Collaborate with existing clients to understand evolving needs and provide tailored solutions
• Manage the entire sales cycle, from initial contact to closing deals and contract negotiation, including project management and liaison with internal clients
• Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
• Analyze market data to identify growth opportunities and areas for improvement
• Conducting regular training sessions for the sales team on products and their applications
• Providing technical support and expertise to the sales team during customer interactions and product demonstrations
• Assisting in the development and implementation of sales strategies to promote products within the assigned portfolios and/or markets
• Developing and maintaining a comprehensive understanding of the product range, including new launches and updates
• Delivering training sessions and product demonstrations to increase knowledge and market demand
• Building and progressing an active pipeline of opportunities for review in Quarterly Business Meetings

• Strong sales and project management skills
• At least 5 years of experience in industrial sales, preferably in chemical manufacturing, plastic manufacturing, converting
• Experience with OEM-s who use tapes, insulation or foam solutions in their production processes is a BIG PLUS
• Excellent relationship management skills (procurement, R&D centers)
• Fluent English language skills
• Higher education (preferably an engineer degree, but not mandatory)
• Willingness to travel (mainly West Romania, ocasionally abroad)
