Capital Vacations is seeking driven, competitive Sales Representatives (Term Product) to join our Myrtle Beach team. This role is ideal for high-energy closers who thrive in a fast-paced sales floor environment and know how to identify quality tours, build urgency, and close effectively. This position is not focused on scripted storytelling or lengthy front-end presentations. Instead, we are looking for confident, tactical sellers who can read the room, pivot quickly, overcome objections, and maximize every opportunity at the table.
Job Responsibility:
Evaluate tour quality quickly and adapt your sales approach in real time
Present and sell Capital Vacations’ Term Product with confidence and professionalism
Consistently meet or exceed individual sales, close percentage, and penetration goals
Effectively handle objections and move deals forward with urgency and clarity
Partner with T.O.s and Sales Leadership to maximize closing opportunities when needed
Maintain accurate documentation and follow all compliance and sales process guidelines
Contribute to a high-performance sales culture built on accountability, professionalism, and results
Requirements:
Proven sales experience preferred
timeshare or high-volume sales experience is a plus
Strong closing instincts and ability to think on your feet
Comfortable working in a competitive, metrics-driven sales environment
Strong understanding of sales fundamentals, including close %, penetration, and conversion
Coachable mindset with the ability to receive and apply feedback quickly
Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays, as required in the timeshare industry
