The candidate will be responsible for selling heating appliances and water heaters (electric water heaters, instant gas water heaters, solar water heaters, wall-mounted combi boilers, heat pumps) on the Moroccan market through various channels (e.g., wholesalers, retailers, installers, etc.). The candidate will be responsible for selling both the Chaffoteaux and Ariston product ranges to various customers: technical customers, retailers, distributors, home appliance retailers, and DIY enthusiasts. The position will report directly to the Sales Director
Job Responsibility:
Develop sales in the assigned area by identifying market needs and opportunities
Frequently and intensively visit current and potential clients
Identify and develop new clients
Increase sales volume and revenue in the assigned area
Provide strong sales support, including order management and payment follow-ups
Collaborate and interact with the Sales Director, Marketing Director, and Technical Support team
Manage the reporting system as required by the company
Requirements:
Proven experience (at least 2-3 years) as a sales professional
Fluent knowledge of Arabic and French is mandatory
Strong negotiation skills and ability to manage customer relationships
Good command of analytical and reporting tools
Ability to work independently and propose strategic initiatives
Valid driving licence
Nice to have:
English of course is a good a plus to have
Previous experience in sectors related to building materials or heating systems will be considered an advantage
Knowledge of the [e.g., home appliances, construction, distribution] sector is a plus
