Our brands include Knorr Professional & Best Foods— trusted and used by chefs and F&B operators every day. Sales Representative at Unilever Food Solutions (UFS) primarily involve driving business-to-business (B2B) growth by partnering with culinary professionals, such as chefs and restaurant owners, to provide high-quality food ingredients and professional kitchen solutions.

Job Responsibility

  • Customer Engagement: Directly drive growth by connecting with chefs and food service businesses (Hotels, Restaurants, QSRs) to act as a trusted partner
  • Business Development: Actively prospect and hunt for new customers while managing and evaluating an existing customer base
  • Culinary Solutions: Provide tailored support including menu engineering, training, and performing culinary activities like product demos and sampling
  • Digital Integration: Leverage CRM tools, Social Media, and data analytics (e.g., Power BI) to manage contact strategies and track sales targets
  • Strategic Planning: Analyze market potential through mapping and execute territory-specific engagement plans

Requirements

  • Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
  • Minimum of 2 years in sales functions, preferably within the FMCG or food ingredients sector
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills, along with a winning mindset , “CAN DO” attitude and adaptability
  • Willingness to travel nationally or within assigned regional areas
