Job Description:

Join us in expanding our food business in Egypt! Manuchar is expanding its strong distribution network with a new product line: food additives and semi-specialties for the human nutrition industry. To lead this, we’re looking for a Sales Representative Human Nutrition at our Office in Egypt (Cairo) — a commercial entrepreneur ready to build this business from the ground up. This is not about inheriting a portfolio; it’s about creating one.

Job Responsibility:

  • Design and implement strategic sales plans to expand the company's customer base and ensure a strong presence
  • set objectives, coach, and monitor the performance of sales representatives
  • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by understanding their needs
  • Present sales, revenue, and expense reports along with realistic forecasts to the management team
  • Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being aware of new products and competition
  • Actively prospect and introduce innovative ingredients to new customers
  • Monitor market trends and competitors to spot opportunities
  • Represent Manuchar at key trade fairs and events like Food Africa and Gulf Food

Requirements:

  • At least 5 years of B2B sales experience in food ingredients, human nutrition, or life sciences
  • Commercial and technical understanding of HN sectors like Flavors, Meat Processing, Aroma, Beverage & Confectionary
  • BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
  • Fluent English & Microsoft Package is a Must
  • Strong business sense, Industry expertise, Excellent mentoring, Coaching, People management skills
  • Proven experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  • Familiar with CRM/ERP systems (e.g. D365 F&O)

Nice to have:

Experience in chemical distribution is a plus
