Job Responsibility:
Customer Engagement: Directly drive growth by connecting with chefs and food service businesses (Hotels, Restaurants, QSRs) to act as a trusted partner

Culinary Solutions: Provide tailored support including menu engineering, training, and performing culinary activities like product demos and sampling
Digital Integration: Leverage CRM tools, Social Media, and data analytics (e.g., Power BI) to manage contact strategies and track sales targets
Strategic Planning: Analyze market potential through mapping and execute territory-specific engagement plans
Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
Minimum of 2 years in sales functions, preferably within the FMCG or food ingredients sector
Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills

Willingness to travel nationally or within assigned regional areas
