Every day, we look forward to new challenges and goals ahead. We always imagine new ways of communicating, sharing experiences and inspiring architects, designers and professionals. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as a Sales Representative for our new software for retailers. This position requires proficiency in the English and German language to effectively communicate with German-speaking clients and stakeholders. If you have a passion for design, possess excellent sales skills, and are fluent in German and English, we would love to hear from you.

Job Responsibility:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the design retail industry
  • Actively seek new business opportunities, identify leads, and convert them into sales
  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, preferences, and industry trends
  • Present product information and showcase the benefits of our design solutions to clients
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts, ensuring terms and conditions are favorable for both parties
  • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company

Requirements:

  • Fluency in the English and German languages is essential
  • Previous experience in sales, preferably in the design and digital industry, is advantageous
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Excellent negotiation and persuasion abilities
  • Self-motivated and target-driven with a proactive approach to sales
