Job Description

Piper Maddox have recently partnered with a privately held EV infrastructure company focused on deploying turnkey Level 2 and DC fast charging solutions for a variety of industries across the U.S. The business positions itself as a full-service operator combining installation, financing/revenue-share models, software, and ongoing support to accelerate commercial EV charger adoption. Together, we are searching for a number of Sales Representatives to join their Commercial Site Host & Commercial Fleet teams.

Job Responsibility

  • Identify, develop, and close partnerships with commercial site hosts—primarily grocery stores and gas stations—for EV charger installations OR Identify, develop, and close partnerships with Fleet owners/ operators - for EV charger installations
  • Manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and site evaluation to contract negotiation and deal closure
  • Collaborate with internal installation and operations teams to ensure timely, high-quality site delivery
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasting, pipeline tracking, and CRM documentation

Requirements

  • 3+ years of B2B sales experience, ideally in fleet solutions, energy, infrastructure, or related industries
  • A solid understanding of fleet operations and the commercial EV landscape is a strong plus
  • You're a self-starter who's comfortable with consultative selling, navigating long sales cycles, and building relationships at multiple levels of an organization
  • Strong communication and presentation skills are a must

  • Manage the entire lifecycle of demo fleet transfer requests to support nationwide sales activities
  • Collaborate with Sales Operations and Leadership to validate requests and gain final approval for all vehicle transfers
  • Manage the day-to-day logistics, including submitting transfer requests to the internal Logistics team and working directly with external Brokers to arrange vehicle transport
  • Confirm pick-up and drop-off timing and details, and send the Bill of Lading (BOL) to the receiving party (e.g., dealer or sales representative)
  • Update and maintain the Demo Fleet Tracker with accurate, real-time locations and statuses of all vehicles
  • Utilize vehicle telemetry/tracking software to gain insightful, accurate vehicle location data
  • Create, manage, and execute Trial Testing Agreements with the receiving party, ensuring all agreements are signed prior to vehicle drop-off
  • Collaborate with Harbinger Technical Program Managers (TPMs) to ensure demo vehicles are compliant for road use and equipped with the necessary and desired features for sales purposes
  • Analyze usage and prepare comprehensive reporting on demo fleet utilization. Provide strategic insights and guidance on the effectiveness of all deployments to drive efficiency
  • Generate and distribute a weekly fleet report summary on the usage and status of each demo vehicle
