Job Responsibility

  • Identify, approach, and secure new B2B high-voltage clients to expand the company's market footprint
  • Present and sell standardized electricity products and tariffs tailored to specific business needs
  • Drive cross-selling initiatives in a second phase by promoting natural gas solutions and value-added energy products to existing business owners
  • Build a robust sales pipeline through continuous market mapping, regular client site visits, and strategic sales planning
  • Lead the effective onboarding of new clients, drive joint business planning, and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
  • Prepare sales contracts, monitor the entire contract lifecycle, and ensure seamless execution
  • Provide management with weekly and monthly activity reports, market feedback, and updates on competitor activities

Requirements

  • At least 3-5 year experience in B2B sales
  • Entrepreneurial thinking with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to solve complex problems, rather than highlight them
  • Ability to analyze data and draw logical, actionable conclusions
  • Ability to prioritize work and strong sense of accountability for projects and goals
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and active listening skills
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • A highly motivated, self-starter mentality with a passion for energy sales
  • Ability to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent command of both the Greek and English languages
  • Proven experience in B2B Sales or Account Management (experience in the Energy & Utilities sector will be considered a strong asset)
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
