Job Responsibility
Identify, approach, and secure new B2B high-voltage clients to expand the company's market footprint
Present and sell standardized electricity products and tariffs tailored to specific business needs
Drive cross-selling initiatives in a second phase by promoting natural gas solutions and value-added energy products to existing business owners
Build a robust sales pipeline through continuous market mapping, regular client site visits, and strategic sales planning
Lead the effective onboarding of new clients, drive joint business planning, and maintain strong, long-term customer relationships
Prepare sales contracts, monitor the entire contract lifecycle, and ensure seamless execution
Provide management with weekly and monthly activity reports, market feedback, and updates on competitor activities
Requirements
At least 3-5 year experience in B2B sales
Entrepreneurial thinking with excellent communication skills
Ability to solve complex problems, rather than highlight them
Ability to analyze data and draw logical, actionable conclusions
Ability to prioritize work and strong sense of accountability for projects and goals
Excellent communication, negotiation, and active listening skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
A highly motivated, self-starter mentality with a passion for energy sales
Ability to identify customer needs and provide appropriate solutions or alternatives
Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Excellent command of both the Greek and English languages
Proven experience in B2B Sales or Account Management (experience in the Energy & Utilities sector will be considered a strong asset)
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, or a related field
