Job Responsibility:
Develop and manage a large, dynamic territory
Serve as the key liaison between producers, customers and the company to drive sales goals and personal success
Effectively utilize the full range of resources to ensure quota attainment
Develop and continually improve product knowledge, sales skills, and competitive intelligence
Requirements:
3+ years of employee/group benefits sales experience with a focus on new business
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Life & health licensing (if not currently licensed, licensing must be obtained upon hire)
Must be located in Denver, CO or Utah
Must be able to travel as needed throughout the territory
Excellent driving record is required
Must be insurable under corporate insurance carrier
Nice to have:
Experience within the group benefits industry with LTD/STD, Dental, and Life product sales experience
