We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Bilingual Mandarin Sales Representative to support business development efforts through proactive outreach and relationship building. This role is ideal for someone who is confident with cold calling, lead generation, and converting prospects into new business opportunities. The ideal candidate must be fluent in Mandarin and English and possess strong communication and sales skills.
Job Responsibility:
Conduct outbound cold calls to prospective clients to generate new business opportunities
Identify, qualify, and develop leads through phone, email, and other outreach methods
Build and maintain strong client relationships with Mandarin- and English-speaking contacts
Present products and services clearly and persuasively to potential customers
Schedule appointments, follow up on inquiries, and move prospects through the sales pipeline
Maintain accurate records of calls, outreach activity, and client interactions in CRM systems
Collaborate with internal teams to support client needs and business growth goals
Meet or exceed individual activity and sales targets
Requirements:
Must be bilingual in Mandarin and English
2+ years of sales, business development, or outbound calling experience
Strong experience with cold calling and lead generation
Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently
