The team: Reporting into the Head of APAC, this role is responsible for growing Ledger Enterprise's client base across the region - covering the full sales cycle from prospecting through to close. Ledger Enterprise is the institutional arm of Ledger, providing digital asset custody, trading infrastructure, and governance solutions to banks, asset managers, exchanges, and custodians. What you’ll be doing: Be responsible for driving growth of Ledger Enterprise in the APAC region Identify new businesses and contacts through lead generation, research, and data gathering - and setting up meetings individually, or with the wider team and closing deals Recognize prospect pain points, and through understanding the Ledger Enterprise product offering, advise how Ledger Enterprise can solve them Work collaboratively with entire Sales, Marketing & Product teams Contribute to sales goals aligned with the broader company objectives by engaging in negotiations and sales pitches Foster close relationships with other sales personnel to fuel team success and professional growth Serve as the voice of the customer, delivering insightful feedback to the product team to guide product enhancements and innovation What we’re looking for: 5-7 years of experience in business development, or sales, ideally in B2B SaaS companies that work with crypto or traditional finance companies Exceptionally strong spoken/written communication and interpersonal skills that can forge relationships internally and externally A positive & self-driven person that’s a problem solver Strategic thinker who can find pathways to reach clients, develop relationships and execute sales negotiations Results-oriented (can demonstrate when set goals and achieved them) English speaking is a must-have, Mandarin language is a huge plus

Job Responsibility

  • Be responsible for driving growth of Ledger Enterprise in the APAC region

Requirements
