We are now looking for a Sales Representative based in Galicia who is passionate about healthcare, enjoys building strong customer relationships, and wants to grow business within the hospital environment. The role focuses on driving sustainable business growth, delivering commercial strategy, and building strong partnerships with hospital customers in the territory (Galicia, Asturias and part of Castilla y León). This Sales Rep will be in charge of the full commercial management of the Intravenous and Injectable Baxter products, among others, ensuring the achievement of sales targets.
Job Responsibility:
Lead the end-to-end coordination of the portfolio under responsibility, including planning, prioritization and performance tracking
Establish strong, trusted and long‑lasting partnerships with clinical teams, procurement departments, and key decision-makers by understanding their needs and acting as a reliable advisor
Drive a strong local sales strategy and active follow up on opportunities to achieve and exceed sales, market share, and profitability targets
Proactively spot and develop growth opportunities within existing accounts and new hospitals, turning unmet needs into value‑adding solutions for both customers and Baxter
Develop clear territory and account plans, set priorities, and manage time effectively to improve impact and ensure alignment with Baxter’s commercial objectives
Lead product presentations, commercial discussions, and training sessions, ensuring customers fully understand the value and benefits of Baxter’s solutions
Represent the company with integrity and professionalism at all times, ensuring all activities meet ethical standards, internal policies, and healthcare regulations
Maintain reliable sales forecasts and provide accurate market insight to support decision‑making and continuous improvement of the sales strategy
Requirements:
Solid experience in pharmaceutical hospital sales, with direct exposure to Hospital Pharmacy departments
Proven history of leading successful commercial negotiations with hospital pharmacists and procurement partners
A University degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field, or comparable experience, is preferred
Results‑oriented and resilient, with the ability to handle challenges, adapt to change, and stay focused on achieving objectives
Autonomous and driven by customer needs, able to manage a territory independently while remaining collaborative, and passionate about customer needs
Able to communicate in English in a professional context
