Due to the continued growth and momentum of our company and the Petrol and Convenience channel, we have created two new Sales Representative roles to introduce much-needed field support and strengthen execution across Auckland. This is a dynamic and fast-paced role, offering autonomy, visibility, and the opportunity to make a tangible commercial impact by driving strong in-store execution and customer partnerships.
Job Responsibility:
Manage and grow accounts across the petrol and convenience channel, strengthening relationships with key decision-makers and delivering distribution growth
Win new business across petrol stations, convenience stores, and independent outlets
Drive range expansion and innovation through seasonal product launches and brand extensions to maximise shelf presence and sell-through
Execute marketing and promotional activity in store, ensuring planogram compliance, high-impact product displays, and effective campaign delivery
Monitor competitor activity, market trends, and consumer behaviour, providing insights and feedback to the wider team
Maintain accurate administrative records, including activity tracking, stock checks, customer relationship management updates, and clear monthly reporting
Represent and showcase our brands through attendance and support at petrol and convenience trade and supplier events

Requirements:
At least two years’ experience as a Sales Representative or Territory Manager
Ideally, experience selling into the petrol, convenience, or route channel
Strong communication and relationship-building skills, with both tactical and strategic selling capability
A self-driven, organised, and results-focused approach, with the discipline to manage campaigns and product roll-outs end to end
