We are seeking a proactive and skilled individual to take on the role of Sales Reporting and Analytics Leader, responsible for driving excellence in our sales operations. As the leader of our Sales Reporting and Analytics team, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our sales reporting systems and processes, ensuring they align with our business objectives and provide actionable insights to our sales team.

Job Responsibility

  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and direction to a team of analysts focused on sales reporting and analytics
  • Lead the management of our sales reporting systems, focusing on efficiency and effectiveness
  • Act as the liaison with IT to translate business needs into technical requirements
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive sales reports and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs), sales trends, and pipeline metrics
  • Dive deep into our sales data to uncover valuable insights that drive strategic decision-making
  • Take charge in addressing challenges and finding solutions that enhance our sales operations
  • Work closely with our sales team to understand their needs and translate them into meaningful tools and reports

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field
  • 5+ years of experience in sales operations, IT, Finance, or related field
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to translate sales team needs into actionable solutions
  • Proficiency in data analysis and reporting
  • High proficiency in Excel
  • Previous experience in managing sales reporting systems and tools
  • Excellent communication skills to clearly articulate business and technical needs

Nice to have

  • Experience with key systems such as SAP BI/BW, Microsoft Power BI
  • Previous experience in leadership roles
  • Previous experience in the medical device or healthcare industry
