We are looking for a Renewals Specialist to join our client software services team. In this role, your main goal is to keep their current customers happy and ensure they renew their contracts with them
Job Responsibility:
Manage Renewals: Handle the whole process from checking accounts to creating quotes and closing the deal
Help Customers: Work closely with clients to solve problems and make sure their contracts are renewed on time
Work with the Team: Partner with our Sales and Customer Success teams to create the best plans for our clients
Track Success: Keep an eye on accounts that might leave (churn) and find ways to keep them with us
Requirements:
1-3 years of experience in customer support, service management, accounts receivable, or a similar relationship-driven role
Proven success in managing customer relationships and a strong commitment to quality solutions
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interface confidently with C-level executives
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to present numerical data effectively
Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce or NetSuite) and basic project management skills are highly desirable
