This is a hands-on, relationship-driven role for someone who enjoys being out in the market - meeting customers, building trust, and helping both end users and distributors succeed. You will play a key role in increasing market presence and positioning the company's products as a preferred choice within their category.
Job Responsibility:
Build strong relationships with end users to increase product awareness and demand
Support and develop distributor partners to grow sales and improve product knowledge
Conduct customer visits, product demonstrations, and joint distributor calls
Identify new opportunities, applications, and customer segments
Provide structured feedback on market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs
Work closely with internal teams on product positioning, pricing, and support materials
Represent the business professionally as a trusted brand ambassador
Requirements:
Sales experience with tangible/physical products is essential
