Proven experience sourcing or recruiting sales professionals in fast-paced, competitive markets
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage, persuade, and influence
Proficiency with UKG (ATS), Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Teams, RingCentral, LinkedIn Recruiter, and ZipRecruiter
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously

Job Responsibility

Partner with Sales Recruiters and Hiring Managers to understand hiring needs and define target candidate profiles
Develop and execute sourcing strategies through LinkedIn Recruiter, ZipRecruiter, professional networks, and creative channels
Craft compelling outreach messages and deliver engaging conversations with candidates to spark interest in sales opportunities
Screen and qualify candidates for sales experience, skills, and cultural alignment
Manage candidate pipelines and sourcing activities using UKG (ATS)
Document, track, and analyze sourcing performance in Excel and provide clear, actionable updates to stakeholders
Coordinate effectively using Outlook, Teams, and RingCentral to maintain timely and professional communication with candidates and internal partners
Monitor sales talent trends, competitive landscapes, and sourcing best practices
