The Sales Recruiter is responsible for attracting, evaluating, and hiring high-performing sales talent in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. This role manages full-cycle recruitment for sales positions and partners closely with hiring managers to ensure teams are staffed with motivated, goal-oriented professionals who can drive revenue and growth.
Job Responsibility:
Partner with hiring managers to understand sales hiring needs, role expectations, and performance benchmarks
Manage full-cycle recruitment for sales roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
Develop proactive sourcing strategies to attract active and passive sales candidates
Evaluate candidates for key sales competencies such as communication skills, resilience, motivation, and closing ability
Maintain a strong candidate experience while managing multiple openings and hiring deadlines
Track recruiting activity and hiring metrics to ensure alignment with hiring goals
Requirements:
2–4 years of recruiting experience, preferably focused on sales or high-volume roles
Proven ability to recruit in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
Experience using applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn, and sourcing tools
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
