Job Description:

The Sales Recruiter is responsible for attracting, evaluating, and hiring high-performing sales talent in a fast-paced, results-driven environment. This role manages full-cycle recruitment for sales positions and partners closely with hiring managers to ensure teams are staffed with motivated, goal-oriented professionals who can drive revenue and growth.

Job Responsibility:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand sales hiring needs, role expectations, and performance benchmarks
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for sales roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination
  • Develop proactive sourcing strategies to attract active and passive sales candidates
  • Evaluate candidates for key sales competencies such as communication skills, resilience, motivation, and closing ability
  • Maintain a strong candidate experience while managing multiple openings and hiring deadlines
  • Track recruiting activity and hiring metrics to ensure alignment with hiring goals

Requirements:

  • 2–4 years of recruiting experience, preferably focused on sales or high-volume roles
  • Proven ability to recruit in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
  • Strong communication, organization, and time-management skills
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn, and sourcing tools
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience
