This isn’t a back-office resourcing job. You’ll be on the front line - speaking with candidates all day, guiding them through each step of the process, and pitching them the opportunity to join a vibrant, growing myPOS sales community. From sourcing and screening to preparing offers and onboarding, you’ll own the entire candidate journey. You’ll also partner closely with our Territory Managers, keeping them connected with the right talent at the right time. This role is about more than filling roles - it’s about shaping how we scale, building lasting relationships, and ensuring every candidate walks away with a positive experience of myPOS.
Job Responsibility:
Speak with candidates most of the day, every day - pitch, assess and inspire
Guide candidates through each step of the process, from first call to onboarding
Post locally tailored job ads and manage 3rd party job boards
Source candidates proactively across platforms, referrals, outreach, and passive channels
Review applications and shortlist high-potential candidates quickly and accurately
Coordinate interviews and act as the link between candidates and Territory Managers
Prepare offers, support onboarding, and ensure all documentation is in place
Keep candidate profiles and internal trackers accurate and up to date
Deliver a consistently positive, respectful candidate experience
Use hiring data to spot trends, improve performance, and share insights with Territory Managers
Requirements:
Fluent in English and French with excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experienced in high-volume recruitment, sales, or a similar fast-paced environment, or confident you can quickly get up to speed
Comfortable on the phone all day, able to adapt your tone and pitch to a diverse range of candidates
Tech-savviness and the ability to quickly adapt to modern recruitment tools, including applicant tracking systems (ATS) and sourcing platforms
Organised and detail-oriented, able to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously
A master of execution, with a sharp eye for detail and a proactive approach to getting things done
Ability to learn new systems, with the ability to optimise workflows and spot opportunities to automate or improve processes
Able to work independently, while staying connected to team goals and collaborating closely with colleagues
Adaptable, curious and dependable, especially when things move quickly or change suddenly
