We are seeking an experienced Sales Recruiter to join our team in Aventura, Florida. This role plays a critical part in attracting top sales talent while supporting broader recruiting initiatives as needed.
Job Responsibility:
Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for sales roles across multiple levels, including high-volume and specialized positions, from sourcing through offer coordination
Partner closely with sales leaders and internal stakeholders to understand hiring goals, performance expectations, and growth plans
Evaluate candidates for core sales competencies such as communication skills, drive, resilience, coachability, and closing ability
Proactively source, engage, and attract high-performing sales talent using creative, competitive, and relationship-driven recruiting strategies
Maintain accurate and well-organized candidate pipelines using applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools
Track recruiting metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate conversion, and quality-of-hire to continuously optimize recruiting efforts
Manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously while maintaining urgency, energy, and strong attention to detail
Deliver a dynamic and engaging candidate experience through clear communication, timely follow-up, and enthusiasm throughout the hiring process
Collaborate with corporate recruiting partners as needed to support non-sales roles and broader talent initiatives
Stay informed on sales hiring trends, market conditions, and best practices to remain competitive in attracting top talent
Requirements:
3+ years of recruiting experience, with a strong focus on sales or high-volume, performance-driven roles
Proven ability to assess sales talent, including communication skills, motivation, resilience, and closing potential
Outgoing, energetic personality with a natural ability to build rapport and influence candidates and hiring leaders
Experience partnering with sales leadership and internal stakeholders in fast-paced environments
Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and sourcing tools (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.)
Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously
Data-driven mindset with experience tracking recruiting metrics and using insights to improve hiring outcomes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to thrive in a results-oriented culture that values urgency, accountability, and continuous improvement
