As an Accounting Team Leader, you'll be at the heart of our financial operations, guiding your team and ensuring our processes run smoothly and effectively. Take charge of investigating and resolving internal issues, ensuring smooth operations and continuous improvement. Oversee the production of defined monthly reports and statistics for the organization, providing valuable insights. Execute effective staff planning for your team, setting clear roles, responsibilities, and daily priorities for each co-worker. Requirements

  • university degree and at least 5 years of related experience, or a minimum of 7 years of broad experience in the financial field
  • minimum of 3 years of hands-on managerial experience
