Job Description:

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team as Sales Quality Officer at HSBC Life Insurance in Shanghai, China. The role focuses on enforcing sales guidelines, conducting quality assurance, managing reports, cultivating compliance best practices, and delivering excellent customer experiences.

Job Responsibility:

  • Being responsible for enforcing sales guidelines and sales compliance, monitoring of sales process, and conducting quality control checking
  • Managing various sales quality reports
  • Developing, maintaining and executing quality assurance programme/procedures for the frontline sales to ensure the Bank's standards are fully complied with
  • Cultivating the enforcement of sales compliance fulfilment and sales best practices in the appropriate Global Business Function
  • Ensuring focused leadership across the business, to ensure delivery of an excellent customer experience
  • Promoting, fostering and monitoring sales compliance and sales integrity
  • Providing recommendations to improve and streamline the operation flow of the front sales office and other relevant business units
  • Where necessary, carrying out team administrative roles
  • Providing the team management with required management information, in order to inform decision making
  • Delivering fair outcomes for our customers and ensuring their own conduct maintains the orderly and transparent operation of financial markets

Requirements:

  • Good exposure in the insurance industry is preferred with strong business acumen
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and problem solving skills
  • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills and can proactively drive a project independently
  • Fluency in Mandarin is mandatory and the basic ability in English is desirable
  • Must be a team player
  • Strong Microsoft application knowledge
  • Ability to build strong working relationships with stakeholders and engage the senior management to discuss key risks/mitigations, business impact, recommendations and next steps
