Job Description:

We are looking for result-driven Sales Promoters for our Smart Light Hubs in Pune . This is an off-role position focused on driving revenue through industry influencers and direct project leads.

Job Responsibility:

  • Generate Revenue: Drive secondary sales by pitching smart lighting solutions to Architects, Interior Designers, and homeowners
  • Lead Hunting: Identify new construction projects and renovation sites via cold calling and field visits
  • Relationship Building: Network with designers and architects to get our products specified in their blueprints
  • Sales Closure: Manage the end-to-end process, from lead identification to final conversion, through consistent follow-ups
  • Reporting: Use the Field Assist Mobile app to log daily activities and sales progress
