Job Responsibility:
Drive sales initiatives tightly aligned to market realities and group targets
Identify, quantify, and act on sales trends and performance gaps using rigorous market and data analysis
Own sales forecasting and reporting end-to-end: targets, dealers, tools, and clear accountability for results
Deliver concise, decision-ready insights to stakeholders
escalate blockers and push corrective actions fast
Work cross-functionally (Sales, Finance, BI, Marketing)
Requirements:
First working experience in Management Consulting, Sales Strategy & Operations or in a dynamic, fast-paced international scale-up environment
SQL knowledge
Experience using GSheets and other tools to manipulate and analyze large, complex data sets
CRM experience is a plus
Excellent organization skills as well as written and verbal communication skills
