The SP&P team focuses on making Auto1's sales approach strategic, data-driven, and deliberate. Our ultimate goal is to contribute to creating the best value proposition for our dealers by implementing standardized processes and sharing best practices across our sales organization.
Job Responsibility:
Drive sales initiatives tightly aligned to market realities and group targets
Identify, quantify, and act on sales trends and performance gaps using rigorous market and data analysis
Own sales forecasting and reporting end-to-end: Targets, dealers, tools and clear accountability for results
Deliver concise, decision-ready insights to stakeholders. Escalate blockers and push corrective actions fast
Work cross-functionally (Sales, Finance, BI, Marketing)
Requirements:
3-5 years of working experience in Management Consulting, Sales Strategy & Operations, or in dynamic, fast-paced international scale-up environment
SQL knowledge, and experience using GSheets and other tools to manipulate and analyze large, complex data sets
Excellent organization skills as well as written and verbal communication skills
Fluent in English
Nice to have:
other EU languages are a plus
Previous CRM experience is a plus
